EJ Crowd Safety and Event Management LTD is a family run business, providing event safety services. With over 30 years experience in the industry both Elizabeth and Jurgen Morton-Hall have managed a variety of events such as Football, Cricket, Rugby, Commonwealth Games, European Championships, Women's Euros, Opening Ceremonies, Formula 1, Nitro Circus, Aerospace "Fly Bys", Horse Racing, Music Festivals and Concerts to name a few.

Training
We are proud to provide Crowd Safety training globally. Our expert tutors, bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our courses. All our tutors have event experience, managing Crowd Safety at an array of different events.
We include in our courses some of the most significant topics of Crowd Safety such as, Key Legislation and Guidance Requirements, Planning for the Safety of People at Events, Risk Management, Crowd Analysis, Implementing Policies & Procedures for Safety and Security at Events, as well as Emergency and Contingency Planning.
Event management
We can run your event for you, giving you peace of mind that your event will follow your prescribed plan. We provide pre, onsite and post; event management and health & safety services. We can inspect and run your full onsite operations or individual elements which compliment your own team.
Event Safety Advisors
We have a number of services that you can pick and choose from. Whether it's a Risk Assessment, or a full event safety team for a public event, we’ll work with you to deliver a solution that fits your needs.
Risk Assessments & Event Documentation
Once we’ve assessed your Health & Safety requirements, we’ll provide the necessary documentation that outlines the working processes involved with your event.
Local Authority Liaison
We’re here to guide you on the correct documentation and licenses required by Local Authorities. We offer attendance at Safety Advisory Groups in order to deliver the event. And because we have extensive experience across the UK, we have excellent working relationships with a number of councils and emergency services.
Event Licensing
To hold virtually any type of event you will need to ensure that the appropriate licenses are in place.
This will either be a full Premises Licence or, if your event, including all staff, has a maximum attendance of 499 and is very short, you could apply for a Temporary Event Notice (TEN). In addition, if you are thinking of using music at your event, you will need to check whether or not a Performing Rights Society (PRS) Licence is required.
Premises selling alcohol, providing regulated entertainment and/or providing late night refreshment will need to be licensed under the Licensing Act 2003.
What is a Premises Licence for?
A premises licence authorises the premises in question to carry out licensable activities. Almost any business that does one or more of these activities (i.e. sell alcohol, provide entertainment or provide late night refreshment) will need a premises licence.
